About Me
I received my Master’s Degree with Honors from Sacramento State University.  I am a Board Certified Diplomate through the National Association of Social Workers and a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. I also maintain a membership with the Society for Clinical Social Work and have been a guest writer for their monthly periodical publication.  In my 22 years in the mental health, I’ve established a successful private practice in East Sacramento where I have worked with groups, individuals, families, and couples.  Additionally, I’ve taught graduate level couples classes and have supervised graduate interns.

My work and training in Gottman Research-Based Couples therapy has expanded into my becoming a Senior Gottman Therapist & Consultant, Video Tape Reviewer (for the Gottman Institute), Workshop Leader for couples, and Workshop Leader for Level 1 and Level 2 Training for therapists wanting to learn more about Gottman Method Therapy.

My work is now exclusively focused on couples, consulting, and training in Gottman Method.

*Relationships are my passion…*
